The capacity building is the core mandate of the organization with the focus on enhance the ability of rural poor, youths, individuals, groups, organizations and societies to identify and meet development challenges.

The effective processes to facilitate learning both on-site and in classroom technical training programme include training and demonstration; integrated workshop, hands-on skills-building workshop, and much more:

  •    Human resource development, the process of equipping resource personnel and individuals with the understanding, skills and access to desired information, knowledge and training that enables them to perform effectively under a circumstances.
  •    Organizational development, facilitating small farmers in groups/ clusters federating them in a organization / company, helping them to prepare business plan and its implementation within the required legal farmnework
